Some facts:
Bluenose is a Canadian fisherman and regatta schooner. He participated in the Canadian-American regatta for fishing schooners and was invincible in 1921-1938, thus becoming one of the symbols of New Scotland immortalized on postage stamps, coins and car registration plates.
In 1942, as a cabotageman, he was sold to the West Indies, crashed and sank on a reef off the coast of Haiti in January 1946. Based on the plans of the sailing ship Bluenose, a contemporary replica of the 1963 Bluenose II, owned by the province of Nova Scotia, under sail ".
